I’m a qualified Art Psychotherapist living in Cardiff, Wales, working creatively and relationally with children, young people, adults and organisations. With a background in Psychology, I have worked with people across the lifespan within education, NHS and third sector services over the past decade.
My approach to working therapeutically with people is focussed on relationships, collaboration and working together, building on the natural strengths and resilience of people I work with.
I value play, movement, creativity, community, connection & nature.
I'm a registered member of HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and BAAT (British Association of Art Therapists), DBS checked, hold professional liability insurance and attend regular clinical supervision.
